The Premier Collection reached out to Claris to completely renovate an old Bed, Bath & Beyond storefront and turn it into a modern and sleek Mazda dealership as part of The Premier Collection Auto Group. Claris had previously completed a project for The Premier Collection directly across the street from this new site a few years prior. The two dealerships now complement one another along the main street in Elmsford, New York. This Mada dealership has a footprint of approximately 86,000 square feet and was completed in two phases. The first phase consisted of renovating the second floor to accommodate TPC corporate office space.  The second phase was designed to suit the needs of Mazda’s brand standards, which included a showroom, service department, customer lounge, and sales offices.
