Colonial Subaru located in Danbury, CT was completed in 2023. This project consisted of the construction of a two-story, approximately 11,000 SF, pre-engineered addition to an existing automobile dealership that was completed by Claris nearly ten years prior. This new addition will be used as parts storage and will hold the car service bays. To accommodate this addition, Claris had to slightly modify the existing first floor plan and altered the second-floor men’s locker room/break room.
