To bring this vision to life, Curry Automotive has partnered with Claris Design•Build, an award-winning, professional Design-Build firm with offices in Newtown and West Hartford, Connecticut, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Salt Lake City, Utah. Claris performs all aspects of work, including design, with internal resources. Claris Design•Build's expertise and innovative approach are instrumental in transforming the site into a premier dealership.
The project began in November on a vacant lot with a small structure on it. Claris' team swiftly moved to demolish the existing structure, clearing the way for the new development.
This was followed by meticulous groundwork to prepare the site for foundations and footings. During this phase, they excavated and poured concrete, allowing it to cure properly which ensures a strong and stable base for the dealership. This critical phase was handled by LRM, with ACV Concrete laying the foundation.
With the groundwork complete, the focus shifted to steel erection, carried out by XTX Associates. This marked a significant milestone in the construction process. As the steel framework began to rise, the dealership started to take shape, providing a tangible sense of the future building.
