In 2023, Claris completed a new service building for BMW of Darien. This new service and parking deck building consists of 34,470 SF and includes 26 service bays and 2 alignment bays, which will aid in the dealership’s operations and efficiency when servicing vehicles. The new parking deck also offers ample parking space for employee personnel.
