After three years in its previous location, BuiltRight Industries decided to build a 30,000 SF pre-engineered steel facility to accommodate growth and future expansion. Making up the footprint is approximately 21,000 SF of interior fit out. In addition, a storage mezzanine of 3,000 SF overlooks the entire storage area. The remaining 9,000 SF will serve as future tenant space. BuiltRight Industries is a design and manufacturing business of truck and off-road accessories. This facility is the new home to the company’s corporate headquarters where the team will conduct research and development, manufacturing, and distribution activities. Additionally, the space will include offices, which will aid in customer service and marketing efforts. A glass garage resides in the front lobby offering an easy transport of vehicles for employees to either perform innovative engineering tasks, or to create a showroom.
