Colonial Mazda was in desperate need of a makeover.  Their existing space was a combination of a wood structure and a metal building that had been modified many times over the years.  Claris worked with management on a variety of different solutions that included building renovations and additions.  Ultimately it was decided that a new building was the only viable solution.  Claris designed and built the new building on the same property adjacent to the old facility.  This was a coordinated effort that included phases so that Colonial Mazda could continue to serve their clients throughout the project.  First from their old facility and then eventually with a temporary certificate of occupancy in the partially finished new facility while we demolished the old structure and finished the new service drop off area.
