The project features a variety of high-quality materials, including a CMU foundation with brick veneer, structural steel elements, and a mix of fiberglass shingles and standing seam metal roofing. Inside, the space includes wood interior doors, built-in bookcases, and a second-floor outdoor deck, offering both functionality and the comfort of home. The design reflects the owner’s vision for a welcoming and productive workspace, while exterior details like Hardie board siding and vinyl soffits ensure durability and charm.
