Project Milestones Achieved
In the past two months, the construction of the dealership has seen remarkable progress. The roof is now approximately 90% complete, a testament to the effective collaboration between Claris’ architects and project managers. The framing on the roof has also started, moving the project into its next critical phase.
Additionally, the installation of filigree panels has been set. This careful craftsmanship reflects the unified vision of Claris Design•Build and Curry Automotive to build a dealership that is both highly functional and visually striking.
Moreover, a major milestone was recently achieved with the completion of the slab on deck, adding structural strength to the facility. This step was essential for ensuring the building’s stability and set a solid foundation for the next phase of construction.
The second floor of the dealership is becoming a significant feature of the building as well. Approximately 75% of this floor is allocated for parking the client’s vehicles, which ensures operational efficiency. The front mezzanine will include multiple offices, a conference room, and an employee lounge, fostering a productive and comfortable work environment.
A standout element of this floor will be the 30-foot tall glass façade. This impressive feature not only enhances the building's modern aesthetic, but also provides panoramic views, making the interior spaces feel more expansive and connected to the outside environment.
Our focus is now shifting to exterior framing to close up the building and protect it from the elements. This crucial step is setting the stage for interior work. In the coming weeks, we will be pouring the first-floor slab, providing a strong foundation for all interior developments.
